a berry good day, part deux

Leaving Auntie Kathy's house tired and sweaty and happy, we came home to make dinner. First up -- dessert. More specifically, blueberry, peach and sour cherry crisp. Before the crisp topping:


After crisp topping and being baked in oven. Smelled and tasted way better than it looks.


Now time to get the pizza dough ready. We mixed some whole wheat flour and cornmeal into our regular pizza crust recipe, which turned out nice. Love the little crunch the cornmeal gives it.


Adding the toppings (basil, fire roasted tomato sauce and cheese) after the dough has been on the grill for a few minutes. Losing patience. When can I eat this thing, mom?


And voila! NOW you can eat it!
